Sustainable Fish
Here at Enderby House, we are proud to support the independent fisheries and fishermen sourcing sustainably caught day boat fish as part of our seafood offering. Caught on the day boats, the fish is then returned to the harbour delivered straight to the market and then direct to our pub. It’s so fresh, we can even tell you the name of the boat and the day and time it was caught.
